Trained under Stephen Romanik Standard Club North and Romanik’s of West Bloomfield along with Home Sweet Home, worked 7 years Palace of Auburn Hills Garde Manger and Restaurant Chef, Culinary Partner then Operating Partner for 18 years PF Changs Somerset collection , Currently since 2015 Corporate Chef and Operations Integrator of 5 restaurants 2 Fork n Pints and 2 Irish Taverns and Burger Bar and Tap overseeing 3 concepts with goal to open 6 , using Kaizen principles to operate, overseeing 150+ employees , continual menu development and service training and strategies along with purchasing and cost control of all stores.
