Responsible for all sales related acitvities for the Sound United portfolio of luxury brands including Denon, Definitive Technology, Polk, Marantz , HEOS and Classe'. The extensive Sound United portfolio includes more than 300 unique products in a rapidly changing industry.

Responsible for all sales related acitvities for our premium portfolio of brands including Denon, Marantz, HEOS & Boston Acoustics. Responsiblities include forecasting, creation of promotions and programs, management of outside sales representatives along with management of all sales channels including Best Buy, Amazon, Costco, AV Specialty retailers, customer installers and distributors.

Responsible for all sales related acitvities for both the Marantz & Escient brands. Supervised the Eastern Director of Sales and individually manged the Western portion of the U.S. market. Establised and developed the Marantz brand in the premium sales channel. Further developed the internet sales channel for the Marantz brand. Created and strengthened relationshipships with key speciality a/v dealer, custom installer and e-business accounts. Establised new sales channels for end of life , closeouts and slow moving inventory.

Responsible for managing all aspect of accounts receivables. Implemented all credit policies and procedures. Staffed and trained all credit personnel. Improved DSO by 7 days and reduced past due balance by 10%.
