I have undertaken many aspects of safety management, including providing advice and consultancy to solve problems, improving safety culture and behaviour and all aspects of information, instruction and training.   I hold a formal training qualification awarded by the CIEH. As a health and safety lecturer for the British Safety Council, I have prepared and presented training courses to all levels of people, both safety professionals and not, in the UK and throughout the world. As a result of my time as the in-house health and safety author for GEE Publishing Ltd, my knowledge and ability to interpret and understand all aspects of health and safety legislation and best practice is likely to be of the highest standard that you will find, both in breadth and depth. As a result of my consultancy, writing, lecturing and work as a health and safety professional in industry, my ability to inform, persuade and encourage people at all levels  from senior management down  has been honed to a suitably effective level over my experience in the profession.   My communications skills are very effective, my training and writing reaches a wide audience, and research has shown that it is effective and appreciated by the attendees and readers. In my various roles in industry, as a result of my own personal information resources, my proven ability to research and resolve complex issues and my personal network of contacts across the profession, I have successfully advised all levels of workers and management, successfully resolving health and safety issues that have presented themselves or may arise in the future.
