Over the past 5 years, I have cultivated a deep understanding of customer service, effective communication and relationship building. Working in a variety of roles in the hospitality industry has honed my interpersonal skills and developed my ability to adapt to fast paced environments. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to exceed sales targets, negotiate effectively and maintain long-term customer relationships. Whether it was upselling beverages as a bartender or coordinating and executing successful events, I have always thrived on delivering results and creating memorable experiences for clients. Along with hospitality I have many other hobbies and interests. Sport has always been important for me, taking part in a range of sports for both competitive and recreational purposes. In 2018 I completed my Basi level 2 ski instructor course and in the same year I was selected to join the international cricket programme in Sydney. These experiences demanded independence and organisation, whilst also requiring the ability to integrate seamlessly with a new team.
