Founded a Drone/Aerospace Company to design and produce drone products and provide related services.Leveraging 9 years of passion for UAV's (unmanned aerial vehicles) to become a technical expert on their design, propulsion, control and sensor systems.

Lead layout/mask designer – Led team tasked with drawing the electrical components and interconnect routing to produce Integrated Circuit production ready artwork. Mainly Analog designs ranging from 3 micron bipolar to 45nm CMOS. Developed EDA/CAD environments - design rule check (DRC) and layout versus schematic (LVS) toolsetsProduction Manager – Manufactured, tested, and shipped over 1.6 million medical device ICs over the past 13 years.Performed electrical diagnostics and repair to component level, fine pitch & microscope soldering, SMD circuit reworking. Designed and constructed dozens of printed circuit boards.

Co-owned an Auto and Truck Repair shop in Prescott, Arizona.Managed the business move/expansion to a larger location. Maintained all IT systems. Assisted troublesome vehicle electrical issue diagnosis.

Sustained fleets of wafer processing equipment in high volume, 24x7 wafer factories (Fab 6, 12, & 22). Tracked statistical process control deviations and drove investigations to ensure ‘copy exactly’ matching performance across both the local and worldwide factory fleets. Lead cross factory user groups to investigate and implement process, equipment, and cost improvements.Managed capital manufacturing equipment installation and qualification teams for the Etch functional area during Fab 12 and Fab 22 build outs.
