- Responsible for underwriting and management of a portfolio consisting of a varied and diverse group of middle market size companies.- Performs credit analysis, due diligence, reviews documentation, and monitors/manages performance/risk of clients.- Applies credit knowledge and framework, demonstrates policy and guidance, and prepares extensive credit approval documents.- Complete responsibility for ongoing management of the portfolio that includes renewals, new financing, restructures, recapitalizations, acquisitions, expanded product offerings and covenant monitoring.- Key role in vetting new business. Completes due diligence of a company’s business, financials, industry, & management. Models historical and projected financials, completes debt capacity analysis, and reviews covenant sensitivity.- Dedicated member of the banking team that has working relationships with JPMC business partners such as leasing, international, derivatives, asset based lending, foreign exchange and customer service.
