I primarily instructed local hires but also taught FEMA responders the following courses: ICS 100, 200, 300 and 400, NIMS, Coach Evaluator, FEMA Workforce Academy for First-Line Supervisors, Instructional Presentation Skills, Customer Service, and other needed classes.A current FEMA qualified instructor for the updated ICS-300 and ICS-400 courses and the courses virtually.

Establish the annual training schedule. Instruct a variety of emergency management/preparedness classes including all of the Incident Command System (ICS) courses, Emergency Operation Center (EOC) courses, and many other EM courses. The state point of contact for the National Incident Management System (NIMS) and All-Hazards Incident Management Teams (AH-IMTs)Worked Public Assistance (PA) for the 2015 flooding incident in northeast Colorado.
