Divisional manager with functional responsibility over (4) manufacturing facilities totaling 2M square feet and 169 acres; (1) each in NJ, GA, OH and IL with over 3500 employees. Responsible for managing and driving the process of continuous improvement focusing on increasing customer satisfaction, reducing waste, increasing efficiency and eliminating variation in a Lean Manufacturing Environment. These responsibilities include but are not limited to focuses in Facilities Maintenance, Operations Maintenance, Extrusion Maintenance, Plant Floor Engineering and MES Systems.

Developed and oversight of operating expense budget and Annual Capital Expense budget for all facilities related work. Liaised with production to support all operations as it related to utilities and fixed building equipment such as compressed air systems, chilled water systems, electrical and HVAC systems. Spearheaded the development and implementation of a standardized Annual Maintenance Plan for all facilities/sites to allow for period metric reporting. Developed central facilities project leaders by coaching and training on Project Charter creation, bid packages and overall project management processes.

Directed and managed corporate machine reliability, design, development and fabrication teams. Designed and built proprietary machines that were used in the production of vinyl windows. Worked with corporate Lean Manufacturing teams to design, 3D model, fabricate and install lean work cells to meet required takt time and production reliability objectives.
