Once input, their CRM triggers the creation of a very customized welcome kit to be produced and sent out, the very next day. Data is also passed back to the call centers, “patient consultants” triggering a follow-up call. Subsequent mailings are periodically sent out, until desired response is achieved. B2B ConnectivityI designed, built, and executed an online POD system for use by several of the world’s largest asset management firms to automate the ordering, printing and distribution of prospectuses. By doing so, we reduced materials management from a full time job, to just a few moments a week. We also eliminated warehouse costs, shipping costs and obsolescence, saving the client over a million dollars in the first year. Storefront SolutionsI have created multiple online storefronts that allow corporate marketing departments to make collateral and promotional items available to other employees and customers worldwide.
