Cross Country Home Services is a member company of the Cross Country Group, one of the largest privately-held providers of customer service programs in the United States. CCHS offers a comprehensive product suite providing Home Warranties and other related products for sale to the customers of major national and regional clients in the financial services, utility and real estate industries.As Senior Director of Financial Analysis, Planning and Pricing I facilitated critical analysis and in depth reporting on monthly financials to Executive Management and the Board of Advisors. I was directly responsible for the development and implementation of highly effective profitability analysis, planning and pricing programs that helped grow company revenue from $60+ million in 2003 to over $100 million in 2008. In addition I was able to maintain overall loss ratios below 40% by analyzing and implementing optimal pricing solutions for warranty products.Working with Sales and Marketing, I helped to develop and price more than 10 successful, new products that now account for 20% of annual revenue. An extensive analysis of direct marketing campaigns that I performed revealed the most profitable product/client/marketing method mix to meet corporate IRR targets.

Assurant Group is one of the largest writers of credit-related insurance products in the United States. A publically held corporation, it earned over $3 billion in revenue in 2000.In my position as Director of Corporate Financial Analysis / Director of Product Management for this Fortune 500 company I was responsible for the underwriting profitability of the company's $200 million book of auto, home, and mobile home business. In this effort, I targeted non-performing products, performed a thorough analysis of the financials, identified solutions and made recommendations to the Chairman and other Senior Executives to improve product profitability. I successfully implemented underwriting programs that improved results and reduced loss ratios on our Puerto Rican Auto program by 14% points. In addition, I designed and introduced changes that improved the profitability and compliance of our $13 million Antique Auto program, and $10 million book of Non-Standard Auto.

Prior to 1996, Aetna was the largest stockholder-owned, multi-line insurance and financial services organization in the US. Currently, Aetna is among the largest healthcare and employee benefits providers in the country. They are a Fortune 500 company with over $34 billion in revenue.From 1982 to 1983 I worked in Aetna's Hartford, CT Home Office as Superintendent of Homeowners Operations. There I was in charge of Product Management and Underwriting for all Homeowners, Inland Marine and Umbrella products in a 5 state region. I was then offered a promotional opportunity to become Superintendent of Independent Agencies in the Detroit Field Office. I worked there from 1983 to 1989 and led a staff of 6 Account Executives responsible for all auto, homeowners and life insurance sales in Eastern Michigan.Yet another promotional opportunity came along in 1989 and I accepted the role of Agency Marketing Manager for Aetna in Cleveland, OH. I worked there through 1994. In Cleveland I managed a staff of 12 and was responsible for all auto, homeowners and life sales in Northern Ohio. I increased auto new sales by 250%, and was hand-picked by the Vice President of Personal Auto to help design the new "Aetna Auto Policy".While in working for Aetna I received a number of sales and leadership awards, including Aetna's most prestigious award "The Aetna President's Trophy" as a member of the Michigan Branch Office.
