My main focus is administering Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) with 3,000+ endpoints. This requires maintaining and monitoring systems at eight of our locations throughout the United States in addition to our sales force of 400+ users. We leverage SCCM to deploy applications, engineering software, updates, antivirus definitions, and custom Task Sequences. Training the help desk staff to utilize the many tools in SCCM has increased efficiency and has revolutionized the way we service our end-users.Other duties include resolving issues escalated to our team, project management, mobile device management (MDM), IT equipment procurement, digital signage, executive support, and end-user training.

At KC Computers, I wore many hats. My first role was purchasing agent and also consulted customers purchasing wireless devices for Sprint and Verizon wireless carriers. I eventually became a full-time computer repair technician and my primary role was to provide personal technical support for residential customers. This support ranged from remote control support via LogMeIn Rescue, in-home services, and in-store repairs.
