As COO of Spin, I led a distributed team of over 500 people across Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations, with full P&L responsibility for business operations and a seat on the Board of Directors. Year over year revenue more than doubled while unit costs more than halved. We maintained our industry leading deal win rate, and launched major partnerships including a native app integration with Lyft. I served on the core team that navigated our successful acquisition by Tier.I joined Spin as Sales VP at a formative stage of the company with a ~$1M revenue run rate. Our two primary competitors had already raised multi-hundred-million dollar rounds at unicorn valuations. I hired and led a team who brought a relentless passion for the satisfaction of our multiple customer stakeholders. We developed the most trusted brand and strong internal go-to-market processes that contributed to the industry’s leading win rate in multiple customer verticals. I was then promoted to SVP Business, and took on leadership of our excellent Business Development and Public Policy teams, before being promoted to COO.Additionally through this period, I advised Ford Mobility on CRM strategy.

Joined as first sales hire following Seed round in 2013 (6th employee). I closed deals with our initial flagship customers and then scaled and led sales, sales development and sales engineering functions to a team of 20+. I also led B2B marketing organization twice, on interim basis, totaling 1 year. Over 3.5 years of strict B2B focus, I consistently grew ARR 3x+ annually.When I joined Zagster, bike sharing was only available in a handful of US cities. I established precedence and then leadership in the city, university, and corporate verticals. I scaled the business up to over 200 markets, launched the first service in over a dozen states, and won the first permits to operate in Chicago, Austin, and New York City.I worked closely with CEO on all corporate development, strategy, and personnel management activities, and helped raise $30MM+ in venture capital through Series C. Before relocating to San Francisco to open and lead our west coast office, I helped Zagster win Boston's Best Place to Work award (Boston Business Journal) for 2016 and 2017.
