Surecert provides business consulting services to company’s who wish to obtain ISO certification in Quality, Safety, Environmental (QSE) and Information Security.I am engaged in leading information gathering workshops, meeting with company leadership teams, in order to understand company management and operational processes in order to develop QSE or Information Security Management Systems and supporting documentation needed to support the companies in their quest for ISO certification.

From November 2017 to June 2018 I was on a career break caring for family members. This care is now being provided by other family members.

Queensland Urban UtilityProject Managed the trial of Telstra’s Intelligent Water Management (IWM) solution that will assist QUU to identify and manage cost and revenue loss (non-revenue water) within the water utility’s asset network, and provide alerting and reporting on the water and waste distribution network. Project scoped encompassed design, procurement, implementation and commissioning.

Below is a summary of the past few years of projects and programs undertaken whilst working at Telstra

NSW SESProject Managed the design, installation and commissioning of a Unified Communication solution Program of Work utilising Telstra Cloud Collaboration – Cisco Powered (TCCCP) office and contact centre voice solution for the NSW SES including the provision of a fully redundant Government wide-band Internet protocol service.

National Australia Bank AccountProject managed multiple small projects for the NAB that covered • Wetherill Park Branch refurbishment of voice, data and media services • F5 Load Balancer rule configuration at development and production devices at Knox and Deer Park for several applications managed by different business units.

AGL Australia AGL relocated from their Head Office in Nth Sydney to new multi level offices at 200 George St, Sydney.I programmed managed the design, procurement, installation and commissioning works covering several projects. Program deliverables were required to be delivered under compressed time frames due to a commitment by Telstras CEO to deliver the program on time. Project scope encompassed a Wi Fi Solution • Provision of dual, fully redundant active diverse IP MAN/WAN links between 200 George Street and Telstra exchanges • Relocation and installation of WAN Optimisation devices • Supply and installation of switching infrastructure including Core, floor distribution, and access layer devices • Provision of multiple VLANs, floor core/distribution switches for carrying the data, voice, video, audio, wireless and other traffic for each floor • Multiple VLANs for the production servers, WLAN servers, management and other services where required • Authentication network switching infrastructure for wireless users • Decommissioning of voice and data devices at old premises.

Coca Cola Amatil (CCA)Project managed the migration of 850 devices from Telstra's Managed Data Network (MDN) to the new Integrated Operations System asset management system.Managed geographically diverse technical and asset management teams to successfully deliver this project on time.

Chevron Oil.Project managed a high profile (on CEO radar) project when 23 months into a 24 month contract, the company realised that the implementation of an Integrated Operations Management (IOM) system had to be implemented in 20 business days (standard time frame being 3 months); otherwise the company would be subject to $250k/day liquidated damages. I was assigned to project manage a team of IOM and asset management staff to deliver the project by the said time frame. Telstras IOM Product Manager stated (in reference to my project management expertise) “Great focus on getting what needed to be done for customer on time. To deliver an IOM instance for a customer in under a month is a tribute to the project manager" . Appreciate his efforts.”

7-Eleven Whole of Business Transformation Program.Assigned as replacement Program Manager, operated with a high sense of urgency to proactively bring under control this issue plagued program of works. This was a large and complex program of works which required the delivery of router upgrades to over 7 off, 3rd Party managed datacentre centres • corporate video conference services • installation of managed internet gateway services • multiple datacentre upgrades (Demilitarised Zones and Firstwave Web and Email Security filtering services) in NSW and Victoria • operating system upgrades (nationally at 7-Eleven stores) of Telstra Next-G routers • implementation of an integrated service desk and transfer of management of 7-Eleven Switches • Showed strong leadership managing several company technical teams in the delivery various technology products. • communicated daily to Telstra and 7-Eleven management on the progress of works which allowed me to develop a strong and positive working relationship with key stake-holders. Oz Minerals.Programmed managed the migration of OZ Minerals Cloud Computer environment from the existing CS-D1 environment to the Telstra Cloud Service hosting environment referred to as CSX hosted at the Clayton Data Centre in Melbourne and the St Leonards Data Centre in Sydney. This program was complex and covered design, procurement of cloud server equipment and storage devices, installation, migration of data over 4 phases
