Specialising in the sports industry, I provide Project Management, Client Services and Commercial Strategy support on a freelance basis. My most recent projects have involved managing internal projects, delivering external client solutions and carrying out market research & analysis:-Independent School Travel: the core deliverable for this student-athlete events business was the creation of a 70-page report that would provide the leadership team with analyses, insights and recommendations to inform their strategic roadmap. The report focused on exploring the various revenue streams that could be leveraged in order to diversify the business in the long-term.- Footballco: at this sports publishing group, I was contracted as a Senior Account Manager, working cross-functionally to deliver client solutions across a range of areas: branded content, digital advertising and affiliate marketing. This role involved leading client communications and managing the relationship - as well as structuring the account, delivering the project and managing all tracking/reporting. This role involved line management responsibility.- DAZN: as a Global Project Manager, my remit was to work cross-functionally in order to deliver sponsorship and advertising packages. I managed a complex workflow that enabled multiple teams to collectively deliver OTT advertising and sponsorship across markets. Given that multiple internal teams and stakeholders were involved, high levels of project management, organisation and communication were required.
