Provider of Collateral Exam Services for the Commercial Finance industry with an emphasis in Food & Agribusiness.

Managed a $200 million portfolio of commercial credits for a specialized lending group consisting of loans to large, national, middle market food and agribusiness companies. Analyzed and identified risk within the portfolio, ensuring compliance with internal policies and identifying opportunities to generate new and incremental revenue. Provided effective written and verbal communication with credit approval team, senior management and internal credit risk assessment.

Supervised and managed a nationally recognized staff of 12 Field Auditors that was responsible for completion of comprehensive collateral examinations on a $2 billion portfolio consisting of approximately 120 loans to food and agribusiness companies located throughout the United States. Scheduled and planned audits, reviewed and approved the issuance of audit reports and discussed audit findings with bank management.

Responsible for the consolidated financial and bank borrowing base reporting of four corporations located in four states with annual sales of $60 million. Reviewed monthly reports with COO and CEO. Worked closely with COO to develop annual budgets as well as collaborating with the outside audit staff to ensure year end audits were completed in a timely and cost effective manner.
