I am an experienced corporate lawyer with special expertise in equity investment / fundraising in relation to technology ventures. My professional career has been spent principally with respected London city firms Lawrence Graham and Nabarro, as well as spells in-house with Accel Partners and Balderton Capital, two of Europe's leading venture capital institutions. I founded and ran my own firm (Kesteven) for 12 years punctuated by a year as a partner with specialist VC firm JAG Shaw Baker (now part of Withers Tech). I have acted for institutions, business angels and companies on literally hundreds of technology venture capital transactions ranging in size from £100,000 to £25m.I became a partner with Keystone Law in 2023 in order to build on my existing practice, focussed on the needs of high growth technology businesses and investors in them.
