Evolved the business over 12 years to respond to market needs culminating in the sale of the business to EMC. Grew US organization from startup to 70 employees and 4 offices. Established headquarters in New York and branch offices in Houston, Chicago, and Boston As part of the overall management team grew operation to 350 employees worldwide with 75 million dollars annual revenue. As a senior partner in the business, developed the partner model direction and orchestrated sales and marketing strategies with partnerships with leading technology firms. Responsible for the partner sales channels with Microsoft, Oracle, software large account resellers (LARs) and learning partners. Part of the team that established Conchango’s offshore development center in India in 2006. Participated in taking Conchango public on the London Stock Exchange in 2008. Conchango was subsequently sold to EMC maximizing the payout to the 4 Conchango partners. Worked thru the transition with EMC until the end of 2009
