Ted held several Vice President level positions for large financial institutions. He gained extensive experience in business development, financial advising, commercial lending, capital markets and management. Ted works with commercial clients and maintains a "trusted advisor" relationship with clients based on knowledgeable advice that is aligned to the clients' capital and lending needs. Ted started his career in financial advising at Fidelity Investments where he held his series 7 and 66 licenses and in 2002 took at position with Wells Fargo’s Private Bank in Irvine, CA. He transitioned to commercial banking at Wells Fargo in 2004. Over the past two decades he has been focused on helping clients with their commercial banking needs, including commercial lending, treasury management, commercial real estate financing, equipment leasing and capital market transactions. Most recently, Mr. Diven was a Middle Market Relationship Manager and Vice President at Key Bank in Salt Lake City, UT. He is currently the Managing Partner at Capital Pro Partners, a commercial loan brokerage company that works with clients nationwide.Ted graduated from UC Irvine with a Masters of Business Administration in 2005 with an emphasis in Capital Markets and Corporate Finance. Since graduation, Mr. Diven has started or been part of several start-up companies, including one that he exited in 2010 called Member Golf, LLC. He is bilingual – English and American Sign Language.
