Instrumentation Technician
Responsible for calibrating, maintaining and troubleshooting equipment and devices used in sterile and non-sterile areas, such as Anderson and Rosemont pressure and temperature transmitters, Rosemont flow transmitters, Thornton conductivity meters, Watlow controllers. Various types of incubators including Lab-line and Nuaire, autoclaves, Lancer glass washers, motor drives for pumps and agitators, WFI and USP water systems, clean steam generators and auxiliary equipment in accordance with SOP and cGMP standards. Installation of new equipment including Sensaphone alarm systems, Honeywell and Yokagawa chart recorders and Power Logic monitoring equipment for power distribution system. Perform major upgrades to existing equipment such as Bioreactors and transfer panels, which included the installation of new devices and the rewiring of skids and cabinet.
