Mr. Drauschak is a graduate Civil Engineer from Drexel University who began his career some thirty years ago for the Bechtel Group (San Francisco Power Division) in Nuclear Power construction management and has subsequently held significant roles in design and construction management, military master planning, project development, risk management and renewable energy program and investment managementDrauschak is a recognized leader in the provision of project execution or program management services on behalf of Owner's and Investor's in commercial and multi-family real estate as well as the renewable energy sector. At the $300 million Nevada Solar One Concentrated Solar Plant in Henderson,NV, Drauschak played a key role assisting the ownership and investment group to successfully build and open the project on-time and on-budget. Since that time, Drauschak has provided similar services on a number of renewable energy (all technologies) projects around the world. In April of 2012, Drauschak along with C. Gage Kellogg, started G2Spectra LLC, a boutique Investment Management Company whose charter is to invest, develop and manage a portfolio of global renewable energy projects. The Company developed several projects in selected energy markets, particularly in South America. In August of 2014, Drauschak expanded his investment management portfolio via his real estate development entity, Castle Drawbridge LLC. His current active portfolio includes a large mixed use commercial and residential development in suburban Philadelphia as well as a number of infill residential projects along the Main Line.Mr. Drauschak is married twenty five years to Dr. Therese Rinaldi and they have four children. He has served his community over his career as Vice Chairman of the local Sewer Authority, and was a member of the executive committee of the Board of Directors for the local 300 bed community hospital and healthcare network. His most important role however, is that of father.
