These are my passions, and my experience focuses on problem-solving, cost-savings, effective communication and development of new leaders.With over 27 years in architecture, I focus on Contract Administration, construction coordination, while fostering efficiency and mentorship. I have been involved in several large scale, complex, high-profile construction and civil infrastructure projects in Toronto (and throughout Ontario), New York City and Las Vegas, in collaboration with some of the most renowned architectural firms in North America today – firms like Studio Daniel Libeskind, SOM, Moshe Safdie, Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, Maki and Associates, Gensler, Rockwell Group and, most recently, with WZMH. Extensive involvement in four multi-billion dollar projects has allowed me to work effectively in fast paced environments, striving for construction requirements to be met, both from an architectural/engineering stand point, as well as from a contractual aspect. I provide clients with a focus on achieving intended milestones, highest quality output and a continuous lookout for cost savings – multi-million dollar savings! Successful construction is achieved through efficient communication. Fairness, meaningful collaboration and professionalism are the by-products of my services, and the accomplishments I am most proud of, in my career. I have often been the lead Consultant for contract administration during the construction phase of such large projects, including a multitude of Consultant coordination and resolution of contract changes, claims and complex challenges. My leadership nature has enabled me to take on a mentorship role to others and have a key participation in business development with Owners and firm executives to venture into new projects. Through involvement in several security sensitive projects, I have maintained security clearance for confidential contracts in Canada and the US.
