I became a Certified Health and Wellness Coach in 2021 and have since completed several additional trainings including the Mastery Program at Health Coach Institute. My passion for helping people originated in London many years ago, working as a Social Worker in an area with very few resources. Since that time I have worked as a Project Manager for a Cemetery, a Real Estate Broker and General Manager at a real estate investment company where I was responsible for hiring, firing and working with staff. For several years I worked as a Staff Coordinator for week long personal growth seminars, where I completed over 44 seminars and at least 10 spiritual retreats. In my role as a Staff Coordinator, I helped allocating staff to different roles to ensure the smooth running of the Seminar as well as sorting out any problems that arose during the event. I am currently volunteering at the San Diego Rescue Mission. I am very empathetic, a good listener and know that my success as a Coach is dependent on developing a deep trust with my clients.
