The main objective of the Program is to digitalize the information flow from end to end, from client to driver. The aim is to have “real time” information, as well as to improve the internal process of the company (dispatch follow-up improvement, decrease delivery information processing time) while getting better information reliability. The Program is a combination of many projects, from Kit Digiboard design (on board computing), to mobile application development as well as evolution of generic data exchange bus from TMS (Transport Management System) to clients/providers.- Datacenter OutsourcingThanks to the maturity of Cloud computing solution, and to support EBTrans business, IT infrastructure has been moved in the Cloud for more flexibility, reliablity and capacity. In this context, I participated at the AWS Enterprise Summit 2016 Paris to give my feedback on stage.

STREGO is a firm providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services (9th company of France). The group is spread over 41 locations mainly into the West side of France (Turnover 59 M€).Under the authority of the CIO, I align the IT strategy within the company objectives and internal/external restriction.I daily manage the system and network project, set objectives in term of delay, budget and performances.- IT asset management (workstations, servers, phone and mobile, LAN/WAN network)- In charge of the IT security and the system availability- Driving suppliers- Hire and manage the System and Network team
