As the Student Rep. for my chapter of the Sigma Chi fraternity, it is my duty to dictate and communicate meeting times and engage in virtual leadership discussions with the group during our meetings. I had the incentive to reach out to the Executive Director of the Sigma Chi Leadership Institute to request the formation of my own chapter's leadership program, and since this initiation, our group has gained a significant amount of knowledge regarding virtual and in-person leadership skills and I have formed a lot connections with new brothers as well as the staff members of the Leadership Institute. This has been a very valuable experience for me so far, and I know I will learn and grow a lot more in the realm of leadership. My goal is to be able to apply this knowledge and these skills to the business and finance industries where I can maintain a leadership role within an organization.

As a mentor, I act as a colleague to help less experienced students navigate all issues of economics. This includes providing advice regarding courses, majors, internships, campus issues, career searches, classroom experiences, and any other issues brought forth by the mentees.The GUIDE program strives to foster an environment of support and empowerment for female, first-gen, minority, LGBTQA, and other underrepresented students in the field of economics. This includes the microcosm of the Economics Majors at Gettysburg College as well as the wider professional field of economics. Students have a major role to play in supporting underrepresented groups in economics, and I felt it was my obligation to become an active member within this community.

Digital River is global e-commerce company, providing API-based global seller services, order management and commerce services to leading enterprise brands. As a Revenue Operations Intern, I had the opportunity to:• Manage current client accounts in Salesforce• Update over 300 potential fit accounts to create more opportunities for the sales team• Trace and research the top 150 competitors of some of Digital River’s (DR) current clients via Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to determine if our solution could work for them• Create over 200 new accounts and contacts in Salesforce for DR that include companies and personneldeemed significant and potential fits based on DR’s solution and the companies’ needs• Construct multiple reports for company execs, which involve filtering lists of significant client contacts• Prioritize projects based on levels of contribution to the revenue operations team’s primary objectives

At HVCC, I had the pleasure of working directly with members and guests in assisting with the local and universal rules of golf. I also served as an aid in strategy and planning of players' golf shots. Over the years I have fortified strong connections with many of the members and guests.

I performed duties assisting in the upkeep of the golf course grounds and the surrounding areas. I was in charge of raking and maintaining sand traps and ensuring areas were policed and trash and debris were disposed of properly. I also fertilized, seeded, and sodded the grounds of the golf course on a weekly basis.
