I am a Barrister and Solicitor, as well as a Notary Public in the province of Ontario. Prior to immigrating to Canada, I was a qualified lawyer in Hong Kong and the UK. In the past, I was a sole practitioner in Windsor and I practiced in the following areas of law:• Legal matters concerning small businesses (e.g. commercial contracts, employment issues, small claims actions, civil liabilities, etc.);• Wills, probate, and administration cases; and • Immigration and Refugee claims and applications.I am currently teaching administrative law at the University of Windsor, I am also a member of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada and in addition to this, I am a member of the Disciplinary Tribunal Committee of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council.Lastly, I served as a member of the Community Advisory Board of the South West Detention Center in Windsor, Ontario up to June 2021.
