As a visionary leader and accomplished engineer, I am passionate about harnessing technology to drive societal transformation across Africa. With my PhD in Public Management and Governance from the University of Johannesburg, alongside a robust background in industrial engineering as well as Monitoring and Evaluation, makes me a result oriented person. My diverse journey in managing community-based programs inspired me to start Code for Africa Now (CAN), a social enterprise with the ambitious goal of equipping 10 million Africans with critical coding and technological skills. Through CAN, we are closing the digital divide and empowering communities to thrive in the digital economy.With over a decade of experience, my holistic services are focused at empowering girls and women, children and youth across Africa. I am committed to fostering a future where Africa leads in innovation by building local solutions for local challenges. My mission is to inspire the next generation of technologists, innovators, and entrepreneurs, ensuring that no one is left behind in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.At the heart of my work is the belief that digital literacy is not a luxury, but a necessity.
