As a Recruiter at Dean Search, I strive for the recruitment and placement of candidates for various industries and sectors. I conduct research, analysis, and outreach to identify and attract qualified and diverse talent. I am eager to continue to work more in the executive search field and to contribute to the success of Dean Search and its clients.I have a BA in Art History, Criticism and Conservation from Illinois State University (ISU), where I developed my passion for art and culture, with a focus in Ancient Roman art. I also speak Italian, which I learned from my time in the Italian Studies minor at ISU and a summer spent during an excavation near Bolsena, Italy. I have over a year of experience as a barista between Coffee Hound and Peet's Coffee, where I honed my customer service, teamwork, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
