As Digital Content Associate at Harding Loevner, a Global Investment Firm managing over $80 billion in assets, my role was to provide Design, Web, Video, and Presentation Design services for the various investment strategies, ensuring that investors received top-notch communications about their portfolio. 50% of my job was dedicated to the Publishing team who were responsible for generating Quarterly reports and Webcasts with visual aids that report on what happened with the investments during each Quarter, and investors may look forward to in future Quarters. My biggest accomplishment was helping to redesign the quarter-end reporting templates using design principles to improve the quality of communications with typography, charts, and graphs that were easier to read and digest. This process was especially complex as all data was generated through Seismic and automatically populated into over 100 Powerpoint templates, requiring an extra level of technical finesse to achieve the desired results.

At Transwestern, the nation's largest privately-owned commercial real estate firm, I was half of a two-person Marketing team tasked with providing all Marketing Services for the NJ office of Brokers, Developers, and Construction Managers. Most of the demand came from brokerage, with the three categories being Office, Industrial, and Retail brokers. I was tasked with creating creative pitches to try and win new properties (or less frequently, tenants) for Transwestern to represent. Once the business was won and we had a new asset to lease out, I would provide ongoing marketing support which would include creating a logo, brand guidelines, brochure, website, and signage for the property to help it stand out from the competition and attract tenants. I also took professional photos (exteriors and interiors) of each asset, and later as COVID-19 stirred up the industry, creating video promotions and virtual tours using Matterport became extremely important.

I started at Little Kids Rock (now known as Music Will), which is a music education nonprofit devoted to teaching "Modern Band" to underserved public school children, as my first full-time position out of college. I interned my senior year and was offered the position shortly after graduation. Throughout my tenure at LKR I was given the opportunity to wear many different hats which lead to a period of immense professional growth. I am proud of many of the contributions I was able to make to the organization, including creating branding and all graphics for the annual benefits and other fundraising events, designing a visual curriculum system using color and iconography that catered to different instruments and difficulty levels, creating a 450 page text-book/teacher-manual, branding the annual teacher conference in Fort Collins, Colorado for 5 consecutive years, and serving as web master for littlekidsrock.org as well as many micro-sites. Music Will's mission is one I continue to support to believe in and support to this day.
