- Take supervisory calls and give higher solutions and compensations for the concerned customers- Sending emails to the customers- Calling the amazon fulfillment centers- Calling postal offices to confirm received or non-received items- Calling Fedex, UPS, DHL, amazon carriers, USPS and etc if needed.- Submitting tickets to higher concerned teams to investigate fraudulent activities occurred on customers' accounts.-Reviewing third party sellers descriptions and contacting on behalf for the item's warranty conditions.- Calling third party sellers for those customers calling with regard to a warranty and sold and fulfilled by 3rd party sellers.- Processing and evaluating compensations with regard to sold and fulfilled by 3rd party sellers but with amazon logo.
