I am a master's student currently pursuing a dual degree in Human-Technology Interaction and Innovation Management, with a particular interest in Human Resource Development—a field I am passionate about and have been expanding my knowledge in through both additional academic courses and providing practical support at youth organisations. Outside of academics, I am very involved in volunteering and contributing to the growth of young people across Europe. Since 2021, I have taken on several leadership within AEGEE, one of Europe’s largest interdisciplinary student organisations. These experiences have helped me develop strong leadership, project management, and networking skills. I’ve focused on fostering strategic partnerships, improving organisational structures, and creating new opportunities for young people to grow and thrive.I am particularly passionate about ensuring equitable opportunities, social equity, and quality education in all forms—be it formal, informal, or non-formal. Whether through my involvement in non-formal education, my focus on youth development, or my work in human resource management, I am dedicated to creating inclusive spaces that empower individuals regardless of where they come from. I am especially interested in internal education and training, knowledge management, human decision-making, and strategic planning.Driven by a desire to make a positive impact, I try to actively seek opportunities to contribute to projects that promote equity, growth, innovation, and social progress. Once finished with my education, I look forward to working in the field of project management on educational and/or social topics.
