Providing technical Support and Controlling the Operations in the Projects in Lebanon, UAE and the Sultanate of Oman through the below duties:• Provide technical and operational support for the projects.• Enhance, Monitor and optimize the Service Implementation plan (SIP) for the Projects.• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.• Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.List of Projects:o Solid Waste Collection and Sweeping of Tripoli City-North Lebanon: 150,000 Tons/Year: (Ongoing)o Tripoli Landfill-North Lebanon: 170,000 Tons/Year (Ongoing)o MRF and Sanitary Landfill – Hbaline – Mount Lebanon 45,000 Tons/Year (Ongoing)o MBT – Nabatiyeh – South Lebanon 100,000 Tons/Year (Ongoing)o Solid Waste Collection and Street Sweeping Operations: Al Ain South City – Abu Dhabi: 300,000 Tons/Year (Ongoing)o Landfill at Al Dhafra and Transfer Station at Al Mafraq – Abu Dhabi: Capacity: 5.5M Tons/Year (Ongoing)o Solid Waste Collection and Street Sweeping: Abou Dhabi City – Lot 1: 190,000 Tons/Year (Ended)o Design and Construction of Sanitary landfill – Buraimi – Oman: Capacity: 2.5 M m3 (Ended)b. Tendering and Business Development Support:Support the Tendering Department by providing technical solutions and generating financial models for most of the tenders in the MENA Region.

• Resolving the most technically complex or sensitive issues using effective research, communication, negotiation and coordination skills in addition to following up on the latest matters in the field of the company and updating the procedures to maintain the development • Studying and discussing short and long term plans regarding AMB-NICOLLIN development and strategies• Execute all the design and studies related to the projects and to any upcoming opportunity• Providing expert technical solutions to any issue regarding the projects

• Solid Waste Collection and Sweeping of Tripoli City-North Lebanon: 150,000 Tons/Year.Managing and supervising all the operational activities related to the Project: • Daily Operation: (Street Sweeping, Waste Collection and Cleaning).• Planning and Quality Control.• Tripoli Landfill-North Lebanon: 170,000 Tons/Year – Technical SupportManaging and supervising all the technical activities related to the Project:• Solid Waste Disposal and Compaction• Leachate Collection and Treatment Activity• LFG Management: Collection networks (Gas Wells and Pipes collection networking), Flaring and monitoring: Analyzing the LFG emissions quantities, composition and treatment.• Reporting and Quality Control

• Managing the daily operations for the solid waste treatment facility (sorting plant and sanitary landfill): Zahleh Sanitary Landfill Project: 55,000 Tons/Year• Design for (i) solid waste treatment facilities (Composting plants and landfills) and (ii) Wastewater treatment plants.• Other environmental studies: • Monitoring data base, studies and analysis of waste quantities and characteristics. • Preparation of different bids related to solid waste projects (collection; composting and landfilling) funded by Municipality, central government, EU, USAID, UNIFIL and other NGOs in Mount Lebanon, Bekaa and South Lebanon. • Structural Tasks: Design and Supervision of some structural tasks in different projects. (Sorting Unit Plant, Administrative buildings…)
