My responsibilities for this year is basically the same with product manager scope explained bellow except that there is additonal business scope which is gold investment and now we are communicating with product team where we handover a business requirements document and product team will be the one handling the development and communication with the Development Teams.

Handling all products related to loan, doing a market research and collaborate with head division determining the next product development and finding the right partner, create business projection and timeline, completing legal documents to collaborate with partners, making sure the process flow comply as loan is subjected to OJK and having a tight regulation, creating a product specification documents for development purposes, UAT and launch the product, communicate with Operation and Finance Teams regarding this new product, Explaining detail products to Marketing Teams to prepare all necessary collateral and ads, set up an SOP for customer service purposes regarding the product, create report for OJK reporting purposes, monitoring the product periodically.

Teco Technology has a couple of products that needs to be developed andmaintained at the same time. Basically my job desc aregathering and evaluate user requirement with product owner, giving input and best course of action to limit on what to be done, translating all requirements into documents for development purposes, working hand in had with direct CEO to ensure maximum outcome, outline the requirement for reporting purpose and monitoring the project closely from time to time.
