I established and managed day-to-day operations of 780 thousand sq. ft. warehouse in Ontario for Georgia Pacific (Retail and Commercial) account, with emphasis on supervising warehouse personnel and achieving daily production goals. I managed a team consisting of office staff, yard drivers, inventory, and forklift operators, pairing team members to maximize production. I reviewed daily work objective and determined productivity requirements to meet and exceed expectations. I coordinated the maintenance of equipment and ensured equipment utilized in most efficient manner. I developed programs to train and motivate personnel and to onboard new personnel. I ensured safe, clean, and efficient operation of warehouse to meet service standards. I conducted continuous Inventory and Quality Control to ensure proper shipment of goods.★ we were awarded the ‘Gold Trophy’ for Facility of the year.★ I created multiple SOPs and trained staff on inbounding, damages, inventory transfer, picking process, loading process, security protocol for inbound and outbound trailers, and other processes.★ I organized continuous safety training and took corrective actions when necessary – we reached 1200+ days of OSHA-free incidents.★ I directed the internal and external ( AIB )audit with 100% on both audit★Experience using SAP EWM and JDA.★Develops and maintains a productive staff by creating programs for hiring, training and professional development.★ Preparation for OSHA training and AIB Training.

-Attach drive unit to trailers to move to and from dock doors for loading and unloading.-Inspects truck for defects, before and after trips and submits reports indicating truck condition.-Assist in loading and unloading trucks.-Maintain trailer inventory.-Reported mechanical problems encountered with vehicles.-Organize move requests to maximize job efficiency.-Call for repairs on spotter as needed.
