Performed calculations for, wrote, and edited environmental reports (such as Emission Permits and Pollutant Release and Transfer Registers) for private companies to submit to the Israel Department of Environmental Protection.

Oversaw mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing work for a new chiller plant in New York City’s Pennsylvania Railroad Station. Managed six subcontractors with contract values ranging from $9,000 to $1.8 million. Oversaw purchasing and planned installation and start up of chillers, cooling towers, pipe, valves, controls, and pumps. Coordinated drawings, submittals.

Participated in Design Services During Construction for New York City’s first water treatment plant. Reviewed submittals and shop drawings of pumps, piping, motors, and HVAC equipment. Answered requests for information from the contractor.

Read architectural, mechanical, and plumbing drawings for mistakes at a large national construction management/general contracting firm. Also, identified discrepancies between plans and work being done in the field. Assisted in estimating, coordinated with clients, architects, engineers and contractors, and participated in the pre-construction process
