I work with various teams to help build our security-focused product portfolio. I enjoy bringing people, teams, and disciplines together to frame and solve a problem. Many of these situations focus on bringing new product and features to our platform, such as a secure and private approach to agentless workload security scanning, identity security and over-privilege entitlement analysis, LLM guided summarization and remediation recommendations, and solutions for data accuracy assurance.I also work on infrastructure and backend hardening problems such as secure and attested update methods, authentication and authorization, and many things data-security related.I write a lot of code, fix a lot of bugs, and help respond and mitigate platform incidents.

I supported and grew a team of application security engineers in NYC, we found and fixed bugs in Facebook products. This includes our web products, our mobile apps, and our backend infrastructure and devices. My goal was to make the team fast, comfortable, and focused on company impact and their own personal and career goals.Before moving to NYC and joining our application security team, I was helping lead a team of security engineers protect Facebook infrastructure from compromise. We deployed, optimized, and used various forms of intrusion detection to protect people.

My experiences and responsibility spanned multiple projects during this time. These include building code and configuration signing services, building osquery for host instrumentation and intrusion detection, a verified boot implementation for OpenBMC, and reviewing security design and implementation for edge services.

Various national defense projects, research, development (virtualization, data analysis, networks, emulation).I started as a member of technical staff. I had great peers and partners whom introduced and guided me on large engineering projects, and whom provided opportunity to learn hands on many disciplines within security engineering.
