Leading the U-Studio of Oliver Agency Vietnam to develop cutting-edge, out of the box campaigns for Unilever brands.

I was leading the two biggest beer brands in Romania: Timisoreana and Ciucas, brands that belong to Asahi Ursus Breweries. Along side a team of 7 creatives and with the support of the social media department we were developing the ATL and digital campaigns for these brands. My direct manager was the MD of the company, Bogdan Nitu.

As part of the Cheil team I was responsible for managing parts of Samsung brand communication and building up and consolidating the non-Samsung clients portfolio. Coordinating a team of 17 creatives and designers we were bringing to life the ATL and trade campaigns for Samsung Mobile and Samsung home appliances for the Vietnamese market. Working on Orion's FMCG brands, I had the pleasure to bring Cheil Vietnam it's first communication recognition with a summer promo campaign for ChocoPie, a pleasure that repeated itself as well the next year with wave 2 of the same campaign. In my role I was reporting directly to the president of the company, Mr. Jung Hyun Lee.

As the creative director of Public's Vietnam I was responsible for the creative development and production supervision of Nestle's Nescafé brands, Heineken and other local brands. Managing a team of 12 creatives we were producing regional work for Heineken under the direct supervision of Heineken Global communications team from Amsterdam and ATL and trade campaigns for Nestle's Nescafe. I was reporting directly to Publicis' MD, Mrs. ThienThanh Nguyen.

Responsible for generating and supervising the creation of 360 campaigns for all Novartis' brands (Voltaren, Exedrine, TeraFlu, Fenistil, Lamisil, Foradil) as well as for P&G's Olay and Ariel. Reporting to agency's ECD and coordinating a team of about 10 people, both creative and designers. Responsible for coordinating the production department for the implementation of the approved campaigns. For P&G's Olay I was responsible for creating and implementing campaigns that ran across the region including the supervision of shoots for other markets than Russia. Along my usual work load I was involved in pitches as well, managing to bring some new bussiness to the agency, clients such as Paramount Comedy and Nash Futbol.

Generating and supervising the implementation of 360 campaigns for brands as Olay, Ariel, Dobry and Comedy Central.

Brand development (strategic and creative) for all agency's clients, supervising and coordinating the creative groups, about 15 people in total, including the design and DTP teams, on every campaign development,managing responsibilities regarding the creative department, coordination and supervision for the audio-video department. Responsible for talent recruitment and department restructuring.

Developing 360 communication campaigns for accounts such as Orange, Bergenbier, Doncafe. Supervising the implementation of the campaings during the production stage.

Developing advertising campaigns launching BOOM TV (a digital television platform) and Cosmote (a telecom operator). Supervising the implementation of the campaings during the production stage.

This is the starting point of my carrer. I was working on all agency's brands but mainly I was responsible for JTI's Winchester account and Unilever's Knorr bussines, both for ATL and BTL activities.
