I am pursuing my MBA at Purdue Global University, where I am learning the fundamentals of business administration and management, with a focus on non-profit and public sectors. I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills to make a positive impact in my community and beyond.In addition to my studies, I have been working as a Manufacturing Supervisor at Zimmer Biomet, an orthopedic company, for over a year. I provide leadership and guidance for all production team members within my department, ensuring that they are trained, motivated, and accountable. I also maintain records, lead presentations, and handle recruitment and performance reviews. I am proud of contributing to the quality and efficiency of the products that improve the lives of many people.Furthermore, I serve as a Military Police in the Indiana Army National Guard, where I have been enforcing military and civilian laws, conducting investigations, and making decisions for traffic and crowd control since 2018. I have developed strong skills in teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, as well as a sense of duty and integrity.
