Leader of Oberlin’s Entrepreneurship Center and programming—both curricular and co-curricular—in collaboration with the Arts and Sciences dean’s office, the Business Integrative Concentration curricular committee, the Career Development Center, and the Integrated and Experiential Learning offices. Entrepreneurship programming at Oberlin emphasizes creativity, leadership, excellence, and innovation as attributes at the core of successful ventures in anyfield. It spans the academic and the co-curricular and coordinates mentored experiential learning opportunities, courses, workshops, and guest lectures to prepare students for the challenges of developing and implementing their ventures.

"Real World Applications of Entrepreneurship" teaches students the fundamentals of entrepreneurship. Students build entrepreneurial skills by working in small teams, engaging with experts in the field, and developing and pitching approaches for entrepreneurial ideas. Core entrepreneurial concepts covered in the course include problem solving, ideation, marketing strategies, securing resources, leadership and scalability in a range of contexts.

Created, strengthened and expanded, through major initiatives and events, industry relationships and corporate partnerships that drive strategy. Partnered with Alumni Relations, Marketing and other school and university constituents to execute effective strategies for industry relationships and corporate partnerships in the greater Cleveland, Detroit, Pittsburgh, Chicago, New York City, as well as in other large financial centers, and international centers. Built an on-going portfolio of individual mentors (based on industry relationships and corporate partnerships). Led the strategic relationships with key education institution partners- including their leadership, faculty, staff, student groups.
