I lead the Restructuring and Fiduciary Services Practice of Gavin/Solmonese LLC, where we represent creditors of every type in bankruptcy proceedings as their operational and financial advisors. In addition to engagements representing creditors, I lead engagements working for municipalities in financial crisis, as well as advise troubled companies in mid-stage and late-stage decline.
