I lead a national boutique turnaround, restructuring, fiduciary services, and expert witness consulting firm, Gavin/Solmonese LLC, and I served as President of the American Bankruptcy Institute board of directors from 2018 - 2019.I am a corporate insolvency and restructuring expert and an experienced witness in adversarial litigation in bankruptcies. I lead the Restructuring and Fiduciary Services Practice of Gavin/Solmonese LLC, where we represent creditors of every type in bankruptcy proceedings as their operational and financial advisors. In addition to engagements representing creditors, I lead engagements working for municipalities in financial crisis, as well as advise troubled companies in mid-stage and late-stage decline. I frequently write articles for various creditor constituencies for educational purposes and am often found on conference panels discussing various practical aspects of bankruptcy.I am proud to be a holder of the Certified Turnaround Professional designation and a Lifetime Member and Platinum supporter of the American Bankruptcy Institute. My experience includes 20+ Years in senior management of troubled companies, including as CIO of manufacturing organizations with greater than $100 Million in revenues and multiple locations; I have led regulatory affairs advisory and remediation work relative to 21 CFR Part 11 and implementation/remediation of CGMP. I have broad knowledge in Make-to-Stock and Build-to-Order manufacturing, lean manufacturing, flow manufacturing, TQM, Kaizen and process re-engineering throughout the enterprise.I am the host of Business/Disrupted, a weekly live radio show that explores business issues from the perspective of storytelling.
