CurrentMy role is managing the Dealer Management System (DMS) and overseeing integrations with vendor software and OEMs, as well as digital marketing, digital retailing, and fully digital transactions in both Sales and Service for 35 stores representing 34 Manufacturers. Always pursuing upcoming trends in the Automotive space.DMS Management: Ensure the smooth operation of the DMS, including overseeing user access, data accuracy, system updates, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.Integration Management: Coordinate integrations between the DMS and various vendor software and OEM systems, such as CRM, inventory management, finance, and marketing platforms.Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. This could involve SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.Digital Retailing: Implement digital retailing solutions that allow customers to browse inventory, configure vehicles, obtain financing, and complete transactions online. Ensure a seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints.Fully Digital Transactions: Facilitate fully digital transactions for both sales and service, enabling customers to schedule appointments, receive quotes, approve repairs, and make payments online.Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns, monitor website traffic and user behavior, and gain insights into customer preferences and trends.Training and Support: Provide training and support to dealership staff on using digital tools and processes effectively, as well as troubleshooting common issues.Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors to ensure timely support, resolve issues, and explore opportunities for collaboration and innovation.
