Through my 23 years career with this amazing organization, I wore many different hats. As Chief Intercessor, I build up intercessory prayer both for the organization and for the movement. I facilitated reconciliation efforts to breakdown barriers and build strategic alliances with diverse groups, such as First Nations leaders, Messianic Jewish leaders, Catholic leaders and African American leaders.A large portion of my role was to coach leaders in holistic faith driven business or ministry development. I worked with leaders from government, non profit and business sectors.As the West Coast Director, I was instrumental in opening up strategic ministry prototypes in California, such as our work in Salinas & Vallejo. I also helped launch a statewide prayer movement.As the director of Media I built up our in our media production, we brought the video production of our pillar events in house, increasing the production quality at significant cost saving. I produced and launched several new video production series such as The School of Transformation, Ekklesia Seminar, Two season of Transformation NOW!, Edifications series, Ekklesia Study Guide Video Series, Mentoring with Ed Silvoso among others.I worked closely to our Director of Development, Ken Schuler, on many projects including a series of very well received and effective development video shorts.I was a public speaker, I developed a variety of training materials and training courses. I had extensive experience raising funds. I promoted our events and overall ministry vision.

I worked in Portugal as a social entrepreneur long before this term was being used. I was part of a church planting team that worked with several evangelical churches in the great Lisbon area and across Portugal. This was in the midst of the drug epidemic in Portugal, so we forced into working with drug addicts and their families even though I had no prior experience in this area. We some some beautiful successes and learned a lot from our many mistakes. I was introduced to the absolute need for divine intervention and the power of intercessory prayer. This was when I first read "That None Should Perish" by Dr. Ed Silvoso - this book was a game changer. Most important outcome was that I met my wife who has become my life time ministry partner.

I created and sold my own fine art oil paintings and also represented other artists.

I played professionally in Europe for 2 years. In the 1992-1993 season I played for a club called Futbol Club De Gaia, in the lovely city of Vila Nova de Gaia, just across the river from Porto in the North of Portugal. I averaged 29.5 points a game and led my team to the second round of the playoffs.For the 1993-94 season I played center for Seixal Athletic Club, in the city of Seixal south of the Tejo river across from Lisbon. I averaged 24 points a game and led my team to the regional championship.
