Setting industry standards in conjunction with training programs for government level clients and international partners, enhancing national security, service provision, and security training solutions throughout the region, whilst aiding the foundations of professional cohesion between the private and national sectors.

Sudan

Appointed Managing Director during company takeover successfully spearheading complete reorganisation of internal staffing of nearly 1000 and the operational structures. Achieved reductions in annual budget whilst significantly enhancing client portfolio and fiscal turnover. Establishing an in house training team and career path for employees that proved critical to minimizing operational staff turnover. Established interdepartmental cohesion and a fit for purpose control centre coupled with total revision of standard operating procedures within the company. Enhanced the profile of the company establishing itself as the premier service provider in its sphere within Sudan which resulted in significant international uptake of service provision.

South Africa

Responsible for focused client management in high threat / remote locations specialising in Sub Saharan Africa. Providing and implementing robust country specific security, operational, responsive co-ordination & logistics plans to government and top tier international clientele including the Fortune 100 companies and Forbes top 10. Client information is therefore understandably confidential. Additionally providing robust oversight and implementation of security provisions, training, design, development and management, of complex programmes focusing on evolving multi-national security tasks within scope of S3africas’ industry best practice services, specifically within the African continent. Pro-active business development & individual client account management, exercising dynamic, effective decision skills necessary to achieve successful company outcomes within resources & budget, ultimately achieving sustained client satisfaction.

Africa

Liverpool, United Kingdom

Complete responsibility for project operational permitting also mobilised and demobilised offshore personnel to both on and offshore locations.Key point of contact between project team and client including Marine Control Centre liaison.Made appropriate schedule for project personnel movements within project base areas.Performed duties of Project Onsite Representative promptly in event of an incident.Vessel interim mobilisations, control and track project equipment whilst in project onshore base area.Supervised onshore storage logistic requirements, necessary document and shipping procedure.

West Africa

Employed as “in country” company representative for large West African project.Organised security travel and comfortable and healthy accommodation for project personnel.Delivered onshore logistic support to the PMT, producing security summaries and daily personnel tracking.Strengthen long-term positive relationships with shipping agents and a variety of other local assets.Ensured offshore personnel rosters and other associated documentation are up to date at all times. Answered queries on workers, logistics and security also supervised local workers and sourcing materials. Reviewed and highlighted any issues on various weekly/monthly reports and at all times demonstrated effective control over health, safety, security and environmental responsibilities.

Iraq

Spearheaded more than 10 armed operators including client and operational planning/deployment. Provided armed protective security up to Team Leader level to client in an on-going extremely hostile environment. Achieved continued support in all aspects of security to client & VIP visitors. Planned and cleared daily routes, analysed threat and utilised effective tools to overcome these threats. Other duties included, fire risk, VIP driving (B6 Armoured) and all aspects of personal/asset close protection.

Iraq

Tasked with ongoing armed protection during daily hostile operations of the staff and VIP clientele for the United Kingdom Foreign & Commonwealth Office within Iraq. Responsible for 24/7 safety and incident avoidance whilst achieving daily required operations for the client. All aspects of hostile environmental security, route planning, health and safety, firearms, communications and operational backup were a daily responsibility whilst keeping the minimum profile. Liaising with multi-level / national departments & forces, rotational schedules, fleet management, maintenance & acquisition, driver training & daily supervision and management of local national employees.

Europe

Various clients including international royal family members and high end sport and entertainment personalities. Deployed to hostile areas in armed protective roles & photographic surveillance tasks such as Morocco, across North Africa and central Europe, Successful protective operations achieved with minimal disruption to clients, incorporation of standard security practice, providing comprehensive, workable solutions to complete tasks. Responsible for all aspects of client interface regarding security requirements.
