Ran day to day Operations. Partnered with Pinnacle Sports Worldwide to develop several FPS gaming communities including MyGameRoom, Fragarcade, OMGWTFCFG, Gaming Junky, and the Progam3r magazine. Built, led, and provided technical guidance to multiple teams consisting of both contract and direct hire employees, locally and abroad. Invented a multi-tier parsing system labeled SLANT that is capable of attaching to any FPS online game to track and publish live statistics for reporting to media outlets.

Designed and developed the popular horse racing website trackchampion.com.Engineered and developed backend applications to support pinnaclesports.com for Agent/Affiliate tracking and tools used by agents and affiliates that includes Commission, Price per head, Pay per click, and Rev share models. This included a conversion from a weekly manual agent payout system to a fully automated process. Re-designed the PinnacleSports.com’s backend from several stand alone applications to one complete web enabled interface. This included the managing complex Big Data reports that could be used on a day to day basis without loading down the system. Engineered and co-developed PinnacleSports.com’s flash casino. This was done in partnership with the flash development company BlueChipGames. Managed everything pertaining to PinnacleSports.com’s casino to include monitoring game play, assist Customer Service with customer issues, monitor finances, online marketing of the casino, business development with VIPs and assisted in the continued development of the casino. Worked with management to lead strategic planning of new projects.

Invented wager type coined Pay-Per-Frag which pits multiplayer video gamers against each other for money. Developed new and innovative ideas to solve technological problems based around Pay-Per-Frag wagering. Invented a complete parsing system capable of attaching to any FPS online game. Conducted Interviews and TV appearances in promotion for the YouPlayGames product.

Designed and developed a downloadable version of OasisCasino.com’s web casino. Developed enhancements to OasisCasino.com’s website. Engineered a PRNG that is based on 1 million bit encryption for use in the online casino. Engineered and developed several backend applications to automate many of the tedious jobs relative to OasisCasino.com’s sports book to include initial game entry with published lines, auto line movement, and instant grading of games with lives scores.

Managed teams for contractual Delphi consulting covering the east coast and worldwide projects. Designed the database application for the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles that allows programs to accurately process past the Year 2000. The project includes mentoring and assistance in the design, coding, cost analysis, and implementation of the new midrange system. This includes creating new Y2K detailed test plans and system implementation strategies. The main object of this task was to instruct and guide CT/DMV programmers on the proper course through the entire software life cycle. Acted as the primary DBA and Project Led for a large government contract that was responsible for worldwide US Navy ship inventory. This application was multi-tier DCOM based with ORACLE as the database. Responsibilities included the creation and maintenance of the ORACLE Database, maintenance of detailed database design documents (DBDD) per MILSTD 498, the design and development of a unique Business Rule Compiler to support this system. In addition, designed an Object Pascal subset native language for an associated Procurement Object Processor to allow business rules to control this automated processing system. Provided clients with designs, analysis and administration of ORCALE 8.0-databases for application interfacing to include the writing of complex triggers and stored procedures

Developed and maintained a hardware management system in Delphi 3.0 and MS SQL that tracts assets used on various VSE government contracts and produces associated reports required by the government. Managed and supported USWA LUAS Financial Software. Modified Software based on problems identified within program and from user suggestions. Created annual updates to the LUAS software based on requests from users and tax code changes. Designed and developed identity applications to support the Army National Guard Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tagging system (CLASSIFIED). This software tracks people and assets that come into and out of government facilities. Developed and integrated US SOUTHCOM’S document Imaging INTRANET using EXCALIBER basis (CLASSIFIED). This assisted the departments move from Panama to Miami. Designed and developed the Federal Bureau of Investigation facial recognition software using FACEIT algorithms and Visual C++. This system was the test case application that is now used in many airports in the US to identify wanted criminals. Managed VSE CAE/LS LAN and VSE CADD LAN.
