Historically one area never effectively addressed was peoples behavior and ongoing system optimization. Because of this need Ted created Green Apple Project which is “the people side of energy conservation”.For fun Ted and his wife, Indre work with young adults on the autism spectrum on Helping Hands Farm they purchased in December 2018.

Helping Hands Farm
Helping Hands Farm is a hobby farm with the goal of working with young adults on the autism spectrum along with other high school and collage age kids that are trying to figure out life. We give our "Farm Hands" a place to serve and develop significance. We have a blast while still working hard. Everyone working on the farm today is associated with our church, NEOxenos.org. As we grow we'll see where God wants to take this ministry opportunity.
