- Leads and controls Foremen, skilled labor and work crews engaged in all activities concerned with the electrical works aspects of the project. Ability to optimize resources to ensure efficient and timely completion of the worksorganizational skills, following policies, procedures and work practices, and developing improvements- Read, interpret and follow method statements and procedures. Competent in reading and understanding specifications, drawings, and all other discipline related project and engineering documentation.- Supervises crew in the installations of electrical equipment, fixtures and fittings, lighting,heating and ventilation (and air conditioning), LV, MV Switchgear & MCC, power outlets, Security and fire detection and alarm systems, etc.- Ensures installations are in accordance with specifications, electrical codes and safety standards.

- Installs and maintains electrical wiring and equipment such as motors, generators, air conditioning, alarm system, and SCR unit.- Tests circuit connections using electrical test equipment.- Install, test and maintains electrical equipment such as air conditioning, heating and refrigeration equipment. Installs and repairs lighting systems when required.- Repairs electrical equipment such as panel lighting, circuit breakers, junction boxes, voltage regulators and reverse current relays.- Installs electrical distribution panels for motor starting and operations.- Maintains a preventive maintenance schedule for all Electrical equipment (Rig Management System).- Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts, examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections, and inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.- Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments. Repairs or replaces defective parts. Installs special functional and structural parts in devices. Lubricates and cleans parts.- Starts devices to test their performance.- Sets up and operates lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.- Maintains a preventative maintenance schedule for all mechanical equipment
