Since coming out of college in 2013 I have worked in people/customer centric roles. I pride myself in being skilled in customer service. Those angry phone calls from disgruntled clients? They don’t scare me. They’re a challenge to make sure everyone is happy by the end of the call. I am incredibly service oriented and love to make the higher-ups’ lives much easier. Need a newsletter or a blog posted about the awesomeness of your company but don’t have the time? I’m your human. I will make the time and get all of my regular tasks done, and do it all to the highest quality humanly possible. I’ve worked with Microsoft Suit, G-Suit, Quickbooks and the web versions of all of the above. I’ve also done medical and insurance billing and not only know what medical codes can be accepted by which companies but how to follow up with billing errors for each individual insurance. I’m a hard worker that craves new skills. Give me the challenge and I will knock it out if the park for your with a smile on my face!Looking forward to what opportunities are ahead!
