Hi, my name is Te, and welcome to a little story about me. After many different paths of choosing what I wanted to study from senior year in high school until university, I finally decided to major in business administration. At last, I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Marketing at San Francisco State University. I believed that every business would need some forms of marketing to be successful in this competitive era. That notion only strengthened my decision when I took a Digital Marketing course in school where we created a website using WordPress. By utilizing Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEO, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, we were able to drive traffic into our website and hit all required KPIs.My life outside of COOP includes working part-time as a retail associate at UNIQLO. Walgreens was the first retail job that I stayed at for 2 years back when I was finishing my bachelor’s degree at San Francisco State University. Working there brought me different types of emotions since it was my first ever job ranging from meeting customers as well as building a bond with coworkers that I would be friends with for life. Currently with my life working at UNIQLO, this retail job is more different because I manage to learn a lot more skillsets, exceptionally from teamwork to customer service. I have to always be quick on my feet to achieve every day’s goals including sales, outstanding customer service, and sales floor management. I am currently enrolled in COOP. COOP is an organization that helps people to overcome underemployment. In this program, I will be able to learn about many aspects of digital marketing that will expand my knowledge in this field along with what I had previously studied during my time in university. Besides learning about SEO, SEM, Excel, Paid Social, Programmatic, Media Planning, we also learned how to present ourselves professionally in writing resumes, cover letters, networking, and interviewing.I am actively seeking opportunities within the marketing world along with my acquired knowledge in marketing and an interest in how it plays a big role in companies’ success. I’m enthusiastic to learn new things daily as well as a passion to be taught new ideas.I hope to make long lasting meaningful connections along the way!
