Second period on the Nordic AVC Board of Directors. General board member/advisor for six years. Chairman of the board for two years during 2009-2011. (Served on the leadership team/board of the Nordic AVC during two periods 1994-2000 and 2004-2012 for a total of approximately 14 years.)

General Manager for Vineyard Music USA, the American division of Vineyard Music Global. Executive production of approximately 15 musical albums, close cooperation with national and international leaders in the Vineyard movement, fundamental restructuring of the A & R network, plus a major restructuring and relocation process involving the creation/development of Vineyard Music USA as a separate non-profit corporation.

Created and developed a 23 lot recreational subdivision in south Texas called "North Shore Drive Subdivision" in three phases launched in 1983, 1993 and 1998 respectively. Individual lot sale negotiations took place approx. once each year (on average) until the final lot sale in 2005. Executive management including contract negotiations (surveys, roads, utilities, etc), negotiations with county authorities, sales negotiations, title & deed management, property association development, ongoing property owner relations, etc.

Served, together with my wife Siw, as founding Senior Pastor for Gothenburg Vineyard Church. Responsible for the creation and development of a new local church with all that this entails: vision-strategy development, recruitment/management of staff and volunteer leaders, leadership training, non-profit management, leading the elders & board, church development, Bible teaching/preaching, pastoral care, etc.

Founding member on the leadership team /board of the Nordic Association of Vineyard Churches. Initiated & led the ministry of worship training & development. Initiated and led Vineyard church planting training events in the nordic countries. (Served on the leadership team/ board Board of the Nordic AVC during two periods 1994-2000, and 2004-2012 for a total of approximately 14 years)

Associate Pastor in the founding pastoral team for Stockholm Vineyard Church. Oversight of Worship Ministries including worship leader training, development of multiple worship teams and production of worship albums. Oversight of missions ministry development in St Petersburg, Russia. Served on the public teaching team and ministered regularly in other churches and conferences teaching specifically in the area of worship and worship ministry.

Associate Pastor /Worship Pastor at Christian Life Community church. Responsible leader for Worship Ministries including worship album production (in English and Russian language). Additional oversight responsibilities during various seasons for Youth Ministry, Small Group Ministry and Deacon Ministries (serving the disadvantaged). Also led missions trips to Russia and served regularly on the public teaching team.

Youth Pastor/ Associate Pastor in City Church of Stockholm. Oversight of the Youth/Young Adult Ministries including: weekly youth meetings, alternate confirmation classes, music cafe ministry, youth camps/trips, etc. Served on the church's public teaching team.

Youth Pastor overseeing the Youth /Young Adult Ministries of the church including: leadership of a five-member team of full-time youth workers (student evangelism team), weekly youth gatherings, weekly cafe outreach, weekly outreach in local schools, youth small groups, alternate confirmation classes, youth camps/trips, etc. We saw many young persons come to know Christ during this season of ministry!

Living Sound was an international musical /missionary organization based in Tulsa, OK and in Malmesbury, Wiltshire, UK. Served full-time with "Team IV", one of four full-time music/missionary teams travelling and ministering around the globe. Responsibilities: vocalist/musician (all years), speaker/evangelist (3 years) and Team Leader (final 2 years). This season of ministry provided extensive preaching/teaching opportunity and invaluable life-changing experience in 20+ countries including many months of ministry in the former Soviet Union and other eastern block countries.
