Headstart Recruitment focusses on delivering candidates at scale for organisations. Through state-of-the-art marketing techniques, data analysis & innovative messaging we find candidates where other recruitment organizations do not. My personal duties lie in managing several accounts for our partners.

Stichting Landmerk is an educational organization that aims to educate young people by discussing the big questions raised by the authors of the Western Tradition. Every Monday, we would meet to study the works of authors such as Plato, Aristotle and St. Thomas Aquinas. On top of that, I had the pleasure of guiding several seminars on rhetoric and to organize a class for high school students on rhetoric, law, and democracy in the Spring of 2022.

At Debat.NL, I am responsible for giving workshops in the art of persuasion. Several times a week, I train groups ranging from 2 to 40 people in presenting, debating, negotiation, and conversational skills. More than 50 municipalities, 3 provincial governments, 3 water boards, 3 universities, and several NGO's have profited from these workshops.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I joined the Municipal Health Services, conducting contact-tracing in order to slow and prevent the spread of the virus. Eventually, I became a senior in my team. In this role I, along with my supervisor, managed a team of around 20 contact-tracing officers.

Den Haag

Together with 4 other board members, I ran the Student Bar of Leiden University College. Next to our fulltime studies, we managed a team of 40 volunteers and organized up to 4 events per week.
