Ran construction site for a 20,000 SF renovation as well as a 20,00 SF addition to the Golda Och Academy. Prepared all scheduling of trades, 2 week look aheads and managing all trades on site on a day to day basis. Scheduled and interfaced with all 3rd party inspections as well as township inspections. Performed strategically timed and placed renovations to the existing building during the school year. Responsible for all safety issues including being the liaison between the school office and construction. Materials ordering and management.

Managed "tenant-in-place" rehabilitation of 304 garden apartments, replacing or upgrading all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in each unit.
